Hey I'm Michael and i'm an incoming finance/business student on a pre-law track in a university in the U.S. My hobbies are working out and travelling. Arabic: I have an A1 level and i am learning MSA right now, but eventually I would like to learn a Gulf dialect, but i would enjoy talking to any speaker. Slovene: My sister and I split an online course fee, so I am currently working through that, but would love to meet some people. I'm visiting Slovenia for the first time this summer, so maybe we could meet up in person. Spanish: I'm mainly learning this for work-related reasons, and also for travelling because I'd like to go to Latin America sometime soon. I also want to broaden my perspectives and learn more about the people who live there.

Hi, I'm Ava and I am from America. I speak English and I want to learn French and Spanish. However, I have severe anxiety when it comes to foreign language learning. I took French for only nine weeks in middle school because a hurtful teacher forced me to drop it so that I could spend more time with her which worsened my anxiety. I took Spanish for two years in high school but I never really got comfortable. I'm looking for someone who can teach me French from the beginning, as well as someone who can help me review the Spanish I remember so I can learn more. I need a lot of patience and encouragement. I need to stop having panic attacks about speaking foreign languages because I'm autistic and have a hyperfixation on foreign countries and their people. I also have loved French ever since I was little. I have some Spanish DNA as well so I'd like to learn more in order to be more comfortable in situations where I might need it. I'm also up for practicing English with people! If you have any questions about how we need to work on these languages together, I encourage you to ask. Hi! I'm student from China, majoring history and museology. I'm interested in slavic history, literature, and culture. I wanted to read my favorite books and history materials in original language,so I took up the Russian language... So far I have a poor vocabulary and a poorer understanding of grammar lol. Just a beginner. I have visited Russia, Belarus, Khazakstan, Uzbekistan, and am planning to visit more countries around the world. I have learned Ukrainian on Duolingo and with a tutor. (why there isn't Belarusian). Ukrainian sounds very cute! It's interesting to me to learn about the unique aspects of languages. My hobbies are reading and postcrossing. We can exchange postcards if you like it too. And I want to find bros (I like to call people bros no matter what their gender is) to learn languages and talk together. We can make good friends!
