Hello there! My name is Darren and 28 years old this year (2018) and I am from Malaysia. Currently I am working as a product and technical engineer with a Japanese company.
I have been trying to learn Japanese language on my own for 1 year and even attending a beginner's Japanese language class but it is really difficult for me to practice since there is no one I can speak it to.
I will be grateful I could learn conversational Japanese language from you and in return, I can help you improve on your English language as I speak pretty good English since I speak it most of the time, at work or at home.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, driving my little car around the city to search for good food, going camping and also play the PlayStation.
As for sports, I used to be a school athlete and I run for the school and district but now, I am more of a cyclist.

Hello everyone, I've recently graduated from University in Malaysia with a Bachelor Degree in German Language and Linguistics. Since I had started to learn German in the late 2013 until now, I still have difficulties in the learning process. The reason is just that I do not have many chances to use this language for routine conversation and it is very difficult to maintain and to keep it well improved in a country where my mother tongue (Malay Language) is often used for daily communication . Furthermore, the only option I have to improve it, is just by learning it on my own which is still ongoing but the progress is quite slow and unsatisfying. It will be such a waste that I'm still not able to master this language as I have learned it for over many years already. Gleichzeitig möchte ich mein Englisch verbessern. Aber der Schwerpunkt ist auf jeden Fall mein Deutsch zu verbessern. Ich suche nach jemanden, wer auf Deutsch reden kann, sodass ich den eigenen Sinn der deutschen Sprache, genauso wie den Sinn ein typischer Deutscher haben soll, besser lernen könnte und darüber mit besserem Verständnis hätte. Wir könnten uns etwas gute Kenntnisse bzw. über die Kultur, historische Geschichten, persönliche Abenteuern usw. zusammen miteinander mitteilen und austauschen.
