Hi, I’m Jean from Germany! I’m passionate about learning languages and connecting with people from different cultures. I’d love to improve my Spanish and I’m a beginner in Danish and French. My native language is German, and I also speak English quite well (I teach English at a school and have friends from Ireland and USA). I know some German Sign Language, especially regional signs from Bavaria. I enjoy talking about yoga, food, nutrition, and culture – and I’d love to exchange ideas and have some friendly conversations.

Hi, I love languages. I’m fluent in Chinese, good enough to theoretically teach beginners or even intermediate learners, but maybe better to leave that to native speakers. My mother tongue is German, I’m also fluent in English. I am currently learning Korean and trying to practice more via texting, I have a teacher but am looking for something to keep me occupied in short bursts in between. I would really like to improve my Portuguese. I’m half Brazilian and half German (mother German, father Brazilian), but I grew up in Germany. As a child, I spoke Portuguese with my father, but since becoming an adult, I haven’t had the chance to practice with him due to time constraints. My Portuguese is therefore very rusty, and I’m definitely still a beginner. That’s why I’m looking for a Portuguese partner to practice with. If someone would like to learn German, we could help each other reach our goal.
