I can read Dutch fairly well but I am afraid I must build up my spoken language from scratch. In return I could help you practicing Spanish (or German if your level is basic or intermediate, but bear in mind that I am not a native speaker).
Apart from languages, I am also interested in environmental issues, the European Union and international relations, among others.
