Hello! My name is Michelle. I also go by Mickie. I am interested in learning Irish. I am about half Irish and love exploring my heritage. I want to learn as much as I can about Ireland's history and culture, and I plan to visit Ireland once I have completed my degrees. I know a few basic words in Irish, but not enough to have any kind of conversation - I am very much a beginner. I am using Duolingo to learn, but I think it's important and more beneficial to also have conversations with someone who knows the language, so here I am!
