Language.Exchange

Hello. My name is Jim. I speak standard American English. I'm looking for a language exchange partner to help me with my conversation. I have several textbooks which can help generate lots of conversation in both Japanese and English. I understand more Japanese than I can speak. My speaking ability is very weak. I want to get to a point where I can express my ideas clearly. Right now , my Japanese is one step above tourist level. I can say all the basic stuff, now I need to take it to the next level! Can you help me? Also, I have experience teaching English and I have no problem being a tough teacher especially on accent/pronunciation and also I like to ask challenging questions that are not easy to answer.
