Hello! How's it going? I'll tell you my real name if we decide to help each other consistently. My family and I moved to Canada when I was only 2 years old and in the '90s so I'm proficient in English. I currently have a government job that pays the bills, but it's not something that I'm passionate about. I enjoy running, weight-lifting, board games, traveling (I went to Korea in 2023), hiking, and watching Netflix. Funny enough, I fell in love with Korean culture accidentally when one of my coworkers suggested I watch a zombie series on Netflix (it wasn't Korean). After watching my first Korean-related documentary, I fell down the rabbit hole and started listening to Korean music and watching K-dramas. I'm studying Korean on my own, but I find it challenging to become better without people in my life who I can practice consistently with. That's where you come in! If you're willing to help me learn and practice Korean, I can help you improve your English speaking and writing skills, or something else (a workout partner, someone to chill with/talk to about anything).
