Hello,
My name is Phil. I am studying languages for fun, it is one of my hobbies. Other than that I am a scientist, my job and hobby. I am a native English speaker. I know a very small amount of Greek and a little Spanish. I studied Korean for a bit and Japanese for a short while. I am now trying to focus on Chinese, for writing traditional Chinese. But I am happy to practice Korean, Japanese, or Chinese. I have a PhD in Biological sciences and do a lot of science writing, so I can help at a high level for English.
I am excited to learn to speak! I learned some Korean, but studying alone, so I never really learned to speak. It was a lesson for any language that I should have speaking partners to practice with. I am happy to do so over voice or video as well as through writing. However, I can only write in Korean so far.
