Hi,
I'm Amelia from Gloucester, a town in England. I work as an engineer. In my spare time I really enjoy the outdoors, travelling around the UK to walk and explore with my partner and dog. We sometimes camp, and sometimes stay in hotels. I also love photography and music.
My dog is a young German Shorthaired Pointer and I am training him in "ManTrailing" where he has to find people by following their scent trail.
I regularly travel to France and am working to improve my French. I have recently started learning Spanish having visited a couple of times with plans to spend more time there.

I am Matt and live with my partner Amelia, and an 8 month old Pointer called Kaspa.
We have family that live in France but unfortunately our French is very limited and does not extend past the basic ordering of food, drinks and suchlike. We are keen to learn French but have found that the Apps and learning data do not give us the ability to understand what we’re doing wrong, to pick up the ear to the language and to learn past the fundamentals.
We’re initially looking to communicate by e-mail and possibly text, but as we become more confident to then potentially chat. We do visit France but initially are not looking to meet up. Should a friendship develop, that could change.
We’d be very happy to support the learning or practice of English in return.
